Filipino's - top foreign workers of the world.

The modern Juan Dela Cruz proved once again that they are one of the Top Foreign workers of the world. This was according to a news report in a news paper released by the Population Bureau in Washington DC, they claim that the Philippines was the bigger Human Labor exporter all over the world. According to their studies there are lots of Filipino's working and living overseas. At present we have more than 7 million Filipino workers around the globe. This is the main reason why they are convinced, that Overseas Filipino Workers are among Top Foreign Workers in the World.
Sometime I ask myself why millions of Filipinos leaving the country? Why they do not stay and work here so that they may serve the Philippines? It is funny but the answer to my questions is not mainly because of lack of Jobs, it's because they have bigger and better dreams for themselves and most especially for their family. Filipinos will always think the future of their love ones. They can get a job in Philippines why not; the country is a rich nation when it comes to Agriculture and Fisheries. They can be farmer, fisherman, sales ladies, nurses, store owners and others?

But their income from that job is not enough to sustain their family. The farmer in America is more than ten times richer than farmers in our country; the garbage collector in America is also more than 10 times richer than our own garbage collector. It's better to be a Nurse in the US, than being a Doctor in Philippines...they said. Filipino overseas are due to migration permanently or just for a temporary working visa. Millions of people not only from Philippines are living outside their country of birth. If they are group together as a country, migrant people worldwide is one of the country's most populated nations on earth.

Globalization is also one of the top reasons why people are becoming aware about their neighboring country, this is by studying overseas, visiting or because to the new technology - the use of the Internet. The top five countries who welcome immigrants are the United States, Canada, Australia, Israel, and New Zealand. Asia is the major source of immigrants for these countries, but Asians are also moving to its neighboring Asian country such as in Hongkong, Singapore, Brunei, Saudi and others.

To become an immigrant is not easy, but if you have close relatives from those countries it will help you migrate easily. Immigration policy keeps on changing; they're becoming stricter these days. New Zealand has recently announced that they're welcoming immigrants, and like other leading migrant nation, it's easy for you to be accepted by them if you have a higher education and experience. I think wherever we are, life is hard to live.

By working abroad, you will earn more but you need to spend more because the standard of living is high. If you shop or pay services and taxes, it is in dollars. In Philippines, you earn less but expenses are fewer jobs are less because of our rapid growth population. That is why people are seeking chances from other country. But actually, our bigger population has some advantages; our government should just know how to manage it. Let us stop politicking and let us all work hand in hand for our Beloved Philippines.

Only You can make it a Great Day

When did the last time you asked yourself about the traditions on how to keep you from achieving wealth, or for putting your own home based business? You could be involved in any home based business opportunity and MLM. Just inculcate in your mind these two important wisdoms to be remembered, first - we must not be hampered by yesterday's tradition in concentrating on today's needs. Second you cannot run a business or anything else on a theory. With those wisdoms in mind let us explore some of those traditions that some hold on so dearly;

1. You need the right education to make a fortune - Have you ever thought to ask a renowned professor what he or she made in salary? Most are highly educated, but not all that wealthy. Formal education does not equate to wealth or performance in anything that you do. A strong vision and direction with a conversion of knowledge will lead to greater wisdom and desired wealth.

2. I don't have enough money to start doing anything - Sounds a bit like an excuse, doesn't it? Business empires that are worth billions of dollars today have been started in a basement or the garage out back. Don't get me wrong… Some "seed money" can be helpful, but desire and effort will go a long way toward success.

3. I'll start next week when I have a clearer picture - There's an old saying; the more I learn, the more I see that I still need to learn more. Take action today… don't wait for tomorrow, it may never come. Opportunity passes us by every day. You need to first see the opportunity and then seize it and make it your captive.

4. Making money used to be a lot easier - If we go back 15 years history will show, that with the advent of the high tech world we live in, there have been more millionaires made during that time period than in all of previous history. More and more business opportunities become available every day.

5. I'm to young/old to start now - Now that makes me sound old, doesn't it? Truth is you are never too young or old to start making your fortune. How old was Bill Gates when he started Microsoft? Twenty? How about Ray Kroc when he started McDonalds? Fifty? You get the picture!

6. You need to get in the right business to build wealth - This one should be easy. If there was a "right business" to make your fortune, well then everyone would be in that "right business". It is much more a matter of vision for success than the optimum business. Remember most widgets have been developed with a single thought to get the process rolling.

7. Never make money on what you enjoy doing - Most people that have developed wealth continue to do what they do. Why you may ask? Because they enjoy what they do. They take satisfaction in what they do and enjoy the challenge. If you can make money at what you enjoy doing it really feels like you never have to work.

8. How much you can make depends entirely on how hard you work - Have you ever watched a longshoreman working on the dock on a 90 degree day with 100% humidity? He/she is working hard is a fair assessment. No matter how hard they work, they still get the same pay. Working hard does not always equate to creating wealth.

Remember that all of us we have an under or untrained and undiscovered millionaire, waiting within to tear free of our own restraints, to be freed of doubt and leap on that business opportunity staring us in the face. With that in mind take a minute or two and memorize this simple saying: If I Do Today What I Did Yesterday, Will I Be Where I Want To Be Tomorrow? If you can say yes when you repeat that simple phrase you are well on your way to financial freedom. Stay focused, positive and always, above all else, keep your dream alive and fresh in your mind’s eye and always ask for Divine blessings, because with His guidance and blessings all must be in. God Bless and Always Remember Only You Can Make It A Great Day!

Strategy to experience voluable money flow.

Energy and Determination - The hardest part of creating a business plan is having the energy and determination to start. At first it seems like an overwhelming task. But once you get going you will find that writing the plan is not as tough as it seems. Start with some of the easy steps. Know and describe your business and your product or services. Talk about the market you are targeting. And explain what stage of development your company is in. If you get hung up on a particular part of the plan skip it for now and come back and fill it in later. Do not worry about making a perfect first draft just get some thoughts down to get the process going and you can always come back and polish it up later.

Know your target market - Throughout the writing of your business plan you want to keep in mind your intended audience and why you are writing the plan e.g. if you are trying to attract equity investors you will want to emphasize the big upside profit potential. At the same time you need to be especially careful to adequately disclose the risks and uncertainties in your business, because investors often look for someone to blame if their investment disappears. If you are trying to get debt financing you want to emphasize not the huge upside profit potential--but the certainty that the debt can be repaid. In fact, talk of big profits may scare away debt financiers because high profit potential usually means high risks. If you are writing a plan to help you run the business better you may skip or write very simple sections with general background information on the company and the industry, and instead focus in more depth on the areas of your plan that are currently most important to you.

Strategies the heart of your business plan - Basically the first half of the business plan is geared towards helping develop and support a solid business strategy. You look at the market, the industry, customers and competitors. You look at customer needs and the benefits of current products and services. You evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each competing firm and look for opportunities in the marketplace. All of these steps are largely aimed at helping you create a strategy for your business. The second half of the business plan is largely to execute your selected business strategy. Your products and services, your marketing and your operations should all closely tie in with your strategy. So while it may be easy to select a smart-sounding strategy for your plan, I recommend you give a lot of thought to the strategy that will set the course for your business.

Think positive and be competitive throughout your plan - In today's crowded marketplace, you are probably going to have serious competition no matter how creative your business concept is. That is why you need to think competitively throughout your business plan. You need to realistically identify where you will do things in similar manner as your competitors, where you will do things differently, where you have real strengths and where you have real weaknesses. Try to run a major aspect of your business, significantly better than your competitors may be a very difficult challenge. Hence, you are often better to focus in planning on being different than your competition and competing with them less directly. Can you find a particular market function to focus on? Can you find a unique strategy? Can you position your products differently? Can you use different sales or marketing techniques?

Do not go too far with your business plan - A lot of business plans sound good on paper, but do not work in the real world marketplace. It is difficult to attract people to a new product or service. Just because it is better does not mean people are going to switch to it! People or companies have established buying patterns and are currently doing business with someone else. To get them to do business with you, you need to do more than to attract them to your business. You have got to steal them away from someone else business. It is also quite possible that when you enter the marketplace, that your competitors may react with their own new products or services or by cutting their prices. And while it is easy to overestimate sales projections it is just as easy to underestimate costs most especially for a beginner. There are always going to be a large amount of cost overruns, expensive problems, and items that you simply overlooked. So project conservatively and try to have an extra cushion of cash tucked in reserve.

How to choose a good MLM network marketing opportunity?

The opportunity to make money in mlm and network marketing has never been better. The fact that many people start an mlm business and quickly leave after not getting any results is usually due to the fact that the marketing strategies that they are taught simply do not work. Many companies still encourage network marketers to purchase leads and cold call lists. There is nothing more discouraging that spending money on a list of leads, calling them and facing rejection call after call.
Do you like to be called at home by a telemarketer?
Thank goodness these methods are becoming obsolete now that the internet is the preferred method for prospecting in mlm and network marketing. To succeed in network marketing in the age of the internet, you need to choose a company that has a marketing system, training, and support that you can plug into and hit the ground running.
How do you choose a good mlm network marketing opportunity?
1. Research the company. - Is the company reputable? Is their product unique and in demand? Do you like their product? Does their compensation plan offer lucrative commissions? The way to start your research is to do a Google search on the company name, products, and directors. Then check appropriate online forums and see what the members are saying about the opportunity.
2. Marketing and Advertising. - Does the company have a turn-key marketing system in place? Do they offer excellent training and support? Do they offer high-converting lead capture pages? Do they provide auto responder series with strong sales copy? Do they offer assistance in calling and closing prospects?
Choosing a network marketing opportunity that already has a system in place that you can plug into can really help you to hit the ground running. This means that you can focus on driving traffic through your marketing efforts to lead capture pages that will convert interested visitors into leads.
These leads will then be followed up with via the autoresponder messages, increasing the potential to turn a lead into a buyer. Having an mlm network marketing company that also provides follow-up phone calls to leads and also provides training on how to do this is a real added bonus. Doing a three-way call with a more experienced and skilled member of your upline is another tremendous tool for success in converting leads to buyers.

3. Test the Process. - If you find a company that you like, enroll as a prospect and examine their sales process.
4. Ask yourself - Did anyone from the company call me? How did you feel about the interaction with the person who called? What were the follow-up emails like? How easy was it to access and understand the information presented? Could you see yourself using this system? These are all good questions that you should seek answers to when evaluating an mlm network marketing company.
It’s also a great idea to seek out current and active members of the mlm network marketing business you are interesting in and find out what kind of results they are getting and how satisfied they are with the system. You can make money in mlm and network marketing, but you need to have a system that works, and work the system.
